Payment Policy

1. Buyer Payments

1.1 Making a Purchase

When you purchase a mini-app or make an offer, your payment is processed through our secure payment system and held in escrow until the transaction is completed.

• All payments are processed in USD
• Payment must be made within 48 hours of offer acceptance
• Funds are held securely until you confirm receipt of assets

Payment processing fees vary by method:

Processing fees are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable.

2. Seller Payouts

2.1 Payout Methods

Sellers can receive payouts via:

• Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire) - Most countries supported
• USDC to Ethereum or Polygon wallet
• PayPal (select regions)

2.2 Payout Schedule

Funds become available for withdrawal after:

1. Buyer confirms receipt of all assets
2. Verification period ends without disputes
3. A 3-day security hold for new accounts

The minimum payout amount is $100. Balances below this threshold will be held until the minimum is reached.

3. Platform Commission

Mini Apps Market charges a 5% commission on all successful sales. This commission:

• Is deducted from the sale price before payout to seller
• Covers escrow services, platform maintenance, and support
• Is the only fee charged by the platform (no listing fees)
• Is calculated on the final sale price, not including buyer payment fees

4. Currency and Conversion

All prices and transactions are denominated in USD. For international transactions:

• Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider
• Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction
• Additional conversion fees may apply from your bank or card issuer

5. Tax Obligations

Users are responsible for their own tax obligations:

• Sellers may be required to report earnings as income
• We provide transaction records for tax reporting purposes
• US sellers earning over $600 will receive a 1099-K form
• Consult a tax professional for advice on your specific situation

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• You will be notified immediately via email
• You have 24 hours to retry with a different payment method
• After 3 failed attempts, the transaction may be cancelled
• Contact support if you experience persistent payment issues

7. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payments:

• PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing
• 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
• No storage of full card details on our servers
• Fraud detection and prevention systems
• 3D Secure authentication for card payments
