3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account and verify your identity using World ID. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Types

Buyer Account: Allows you to browse, make offers, and purchase mini-apps
Seller Account: Allows you to list mini-apps for sale (requires additional verification)

4. Seller Obligations

As a seller on Mini Apps Market, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your mini-app
Have full legal rights and authorization to sell the listed assets
Transfer all promised assets (domain, code, hosting, etc.) upon sale completion
Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
Not list apps that violate any laws or third-party rights
Maintain the app's functionality until the transfer is complete

5. Buyer Obligations

As a buyer on Mini Apps Market, you agree to:

Have sufficient funds to complete any purchase or offer you make
Complete the verification process for transferred assets
Not attempt to circumvent the platform to deal directly with sellers
Provide accurate payment information
Complete the transaction verification within the specified timeframe

6. Fees and Payments

Mini Apps Market charges a 5% commission on all successful sales. This fee is deducted from the seller's proceeds at the time of payout. There are no listing fees or hidden charges.

7. Escrow and Transaction Process

All transactions are processed through our secure escrow service. The escrow process protects both buyers and sellers by holding funds until the asset transfer is verified and confirmed.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

List fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized apps
Engage in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform
Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
Share false or misleading information
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mini Apps Market and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display and promote their listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mini Apps Market acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of listed apps. We are not liable for:

Disputes between buyers and sellers
App performance after purchase
Loss of data or profits
Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to completing any pending transactions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
